Rush Order, Inc. has immediate need for an experienced Contact Center manager. As the Contact Center Manager you are responsible for managing the department and team providing email and telephone services to our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
  • Develop and maintain Contact Center operating structure.
  • Manage employee performance and coach employees as required to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustment to meet peak service demands.
  • Communicate client instructions, marketing sales and promotional information to the team to ensure maximum performance.
  • Monitor staff productivity in accordance with established policy to ensure service and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare, analyze and manage operation through statistical analysis of activity.
  • Development and implement best practices that contribute to improved operations and client/customer satisfaction.
  • Address personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company policy.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of new products and technologies.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Weekend and evening hours may be required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Call Center supervisory or management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem solving, leadership and written/oral communication skills.
Rush Order offers a competitive hourly wage based on level of experience. Benefits package (Medical / 401K and more) is available for full time positions.
