Order Capture We capture and process orders throughout the day via the web, phone, mail, fax, email and other electronic transmission. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours with very few exceptions. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day.
Rush Order has extensive experience working with all types of data file formats so we integrate well with all systems for a smooth data transfer. We have developed an automated import system in XML format for the convenience of our clients. Payment Processing We manage and process the payment processing and billing for the majority of our clients. The main payment methods are:
All major credit cards - We deposit the funds directly into your merchant account
Checks - We deposit the checks into your local bank account
Purchase orders - We invoice the customer and follow-up if payment is not received
Wire transfers - We manage the process and verify payment was received in the account
Money orders - We deposit the money order into your local bank account
